I bought the truck (xxxx fully loaded Silverado xxxx 4x4 short box 6 liter gas) from a good friend in xxxx with xxxx0 kms on it. It had the built in auxiliary 250L gas tank (cost $xxxx), truck tank (95L) with the fuel gauge all operating off one switch on the dash, the steel bumpers front and rear with the winch (xxxx lb Warn)(cost $xxxx), the canopy and the VHF radio (for communication with the logging trucks) (cost $xxxx) installed on factory aluminum wheels and M-55 Toyo 255/85R16 tires ($400 each). It had been re-sprung the same as a one ton. Tows a heavy load very well. It has AM/FM, tape and disc players. Fully loaded with leather seat... the most comfortable seats I have ever sat in. 6 way power seats, 2 position memory for the drivers side. I added an aluminum boat rack for a12 footer on the canopy. (cost $500) The canopy was built heavier at the factory to handle xxxx pounds of weight. I added a set of Michelin tires LT245/75R16 on new aluminum wheels (cost $xxxx) to save the big Toyo tires for hunting only. I added a winch inside the canopy for pulling moose in. (cost $200). I have other extras as well. I added the two driving lights that operate off the high beam switch. (cost $125) The bottom left and right front light assemblies are new as are the fog lights.
It's a great truck I have kept well maintained but I no longer require it, I retired from hunting this year. I have all the service records totaling over $10,000 and Dave Wheaton just did a complete safety Inspection. Everything is fine, the brake pads have 50 to 60% left. Probably a couple of years...
